Here is the Cooking School Salsa Challenge at the ZESTFEST 2006. They had 30 minutes and a mystery basket of items to use. The competition were 3 students from the Culinary School of Fort Worth. The guys finished quickly, worked neatly (ha) and took the grand prize! Congratulations guys for winning the 1st Cooking School Salsa Challenge!!!

ZEST FEST 2006 was a great success! Thank you to all that came to work the booth and speak to the public about our programs. Even Dr. Carrier came by to support the program!

Hi all! I plan to update this blog periodically so you can see what is happening here at TCC SE Culinary arts since items change and update at the drop of a hat! Also, this will be a showcase of pictures from events and class work throughout the year. This first picture is just an idea of how teamwork is expected here, the cleanliness of the kitchen and the crispness of the students. We only serve the highest quality with 5 star service.
